Do you offer home visits?
Yes! We provide on-site support across Glenrothes, Fife, and surrounding areas. If you're within 10 miles of Glenrothes, there's no travel fee. Beyond that, a fair travel cost applies based on distance.
What are your working hours?
We’re available:
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re also planning to expand our hours soon to include weekday daytime availability — stay tuned!
What kind of tech do you support?
We help with:

Do you ever need to take devices away?
Sometimes, yes. If a repair requires deeper troubleshooting, part replacement, or extended testing, we may need to take your device off-site. If it’s more convenient for you, we’re happy to collect the device, repair it, and return it — just let us know what works best.
How much do you charge?
We offer clear, upfront pricing based on the type of support you need. Small queries may be answered free of charge when we’re not too busy — just drop us a message and we’ll let you know.
I’m not great with tech — will you explain things clearly?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on jargon-free, patient support. Whether you're tech-savvy or tech-shy, we’ll walk you through everything in plain English.
Do you cover my area?
If you're in Glenrothes, anywhere in Fife, or nearby regions, chances are yes. If you're unsure, just ask — we’ll always be honest about what’s possible.
